The Commerce City Housing Authority (CCHA) was founded in 1979 and is dedicated to providing housing opportunities and resources to help residents buy, rent or improve their homes.

Mission

The Commerce City Housing Authority (CCHA) provides housing opportunities and resources to help residents buy, rent, or improve their homes. Its mission is to create and sustain housing in Commerce City for low-income residents. The CCHA recognizes that to be a Quality Community for a Lifetime, Commerce City must have affordable housing for people across the income spectrum and must not price out those who cannot afford high housing costs.

The board meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:45 p.m.
